Our returns policy
Personalised items are printed to order. As such, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns on personalised orders unless they are faulty or wrongly supplied.
Faulty or misprinted items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, please contact us on 01473 832 851 immediately. We will do our upmost to resolve the matter quickly. Please examine your order upon delivery. Defective goods and incorrect/incomplete orders must be reported to us within 48 hours.
We try to ensure that all of the items shown on the website are accurately represented however small variations in colour, typefaces, and layout may be experienced in the finished product.
We endeavour to despatch the goods to you in perfect condition. However occasionally goods can be damaged or we may make a mistake and we are keen to rectify any problem as quickly as possible. Please email us immediately at email@example.com we will reprint and resend the product(s) free of charge. If it is too late to replace we will give a full refund.
Cancellations and returns
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations regarding cancellation rights (June 14 2014) you cannot cancel or return your order if the supply of good(s) are made to your own specification, such as photo gifts, named and personalised products, once production of the product has already commenced.
All complaints will be acknowledged within 2 working days. We will endeavour to resolve any complaints within 5 days and keep you informed during the resolution process. Please note that your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.
