COVID-19 virus delivery update
We are currently able to produce your banner orders and dispatch next working day. We have been informed of the following changes of service from Royal Mail - Our guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm will change to by 9.00pm the next working day. The postal service insists there is no risk of transmitting the disease through deliveries as the virus cannot survive for long on objects such as letters and parcels.
Rest assured that as a socially responsible company, we have taken, and continue to take the highest safety measures to protect our employees and our customers.
We create and dispatch your order as soon as possible. Most orders are worked on straight away and are dispatched either that same day or the next working day, though this can sometimes be impacted if we're particularly busy, so please feel free to check with us if you need your order quickly. Banners and posters are packed securely in postal tubes and sent via first class Royal Mail which does not require a signature. If delivery isn't possible at the door, your order will be left somewhere safe or returned to your local sorting office.
Orders are dispatched via first class Royal Mail unless you select an alternative method. These are outlined below. Please note: Courier delivery is for mainland UK addresses only, excluding the Scotland Highlands.
We dispatch banners to the Republic of Ireland up to and including our 5ft x 2ft size. If you require anything larger, please contact us to find out if we're able to help and how much it's likely to cost.
We can also ship banners up to and including our 5ft x 2ft size to the United States via International Courier. This costs £24.99 per order and you should allow 7 working days from time of dispatch for delivery.
