Prices

All prices on the website are in pounds sterling (GBP) the dollar equivalents listed on the site are US$ and are approximate, please check using our currency converter the current exchange rate. If paying by credit card the card issuer makes the conversion and the price will appear on your credit card statement in your own currency.

Prices include VAT at the standard rate and postage and packing within the European Union. Customers outside the European Union do not pay VAT but the savings are absorbed in the extra shipping costs to us. Therefore, the price you see on the website is the actual price you pay to us.

Colours

Customers should note that due to the nature of different internet browsers and monitor settings, certain colours may appear slightly different in tone to their true colouring. This is unavoidable, but we are sure that all customers will be delighted with their items upon receipt.

If a different colour is requested on ordering it will be our interpretation of the colour that is used. There can be big difference in various interpretations of colours. If essential to match a colour either specify a Pantone colour or provide a sample.

Delivery

Banners should be delivered within 7 days of receipt of payment. Orders paid for by cheque should be delivered within 10 days of receipt of payment to allow for your cheque to clear. Delivery is by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service, International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Recorded Service for urgent next day deliveries we use Royal Mail Special Delivery or Amtrak couriers, in both cases items will need to be signed for on receipt.

Occasionally, due to high demand, your order may take a little longer before despatch - no longer than 7 days. You will be notified by email on receipt of your order of the anticipated despatch date. If you have not been notified of an extended dispatch date and you have still not received your items within 14 days please contact us. Details below.

If you tell us the date of your event we will despatch in time to meet this date or inform you by email if this is not possible.

Returns & Refunds

We do our very best to ensure that you are happy with your purchase from Bannerama. If, for any reason, your purchase arrives damaged we will make every effort to ensure a replacement arrives in time for your event so that you are happy with your banner.

We check our work carefully, if we have made a mistake then we will either reprint or refund your money. To obtain a refund please return the banner for checking. However, if the mistake is on your order form (it does happen) then we reserve the right to charge the full amount for a new banner.

Cancellations

If, for any reason, you change your mind and wish to cancel your order you must inform us before the banner is printed and dispatched, usually within 24 hours of receipt of your payment. Each banner is unique and we cannot sell a banner to someone else with your details on it.

We will refund the full purchase price of the item within 30 days of the order being cancelled. If the order was by credit or debit card then the refund will appear on your next statement.

We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days.

We will attempt to resolve all complaints within 28 days of the date your complaint is received.

At all stages during the complaints process we will advise you, via email, of the steps we are taking to resolve the matter.

All content & images displayed on the Bannerama website are the property of
Bannerama. The design of all banners and posters is copyrighted. Under no circumstances may you re-use any of the information on this site for your own personal gain, and no copying of the designs is allowed. Please respect the designers time in creating these items.

Anyone using or purchasing from Bannerama is deemed to have read and
understood the above terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions in compliance with current UK & EU law. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

If you have to return an item please return in the original packaging, unless badly damaged with a letter explaining the problem. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
