We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you only to process your order.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:
* your name
* address
* phone number
* email address

Credit/debit card details are not seen by Bannerama at any time. All credit/debit card transactions are handled by Paypal or Nochex in a secure part of our site which is stored by them on their servers.

We do not collect sensitive information about you. The only information we need is names and dates to create a banner or poster. Photographs are only used to create the banners and we assume that you own the copyright to these photographs. We hold the file for approx 3 months in case you need a reprint, the file and the photographs are then destroyed. If you want us to dispose of these images earlier then please tell us.

All photographs on sample banners on our website are from royalty-free images or we have the owners permission to use them.
