Sending Photographs

Most of our banners use photographs which you can upload within the ordering process. However, if you'd prefer to email us a photo for your banner please send it as an attachment to sales@personalisedbanners.co.uk. Photograph can be posted to us, send to HTD Graphics Ltd, Unit 40 Claydon Business Park, Ipswich IP6 0NL, they will be returned with the printed banner.

For best results ensure that your photos are as large as possible. Most digital cameras produce good quality enlargements, however, the quality of mobile phone photos is not as good. Images downloaded from websites such as Facebook are very small and do not print very well. However, there is a file size limit of 5mb per image. If you have larger files please use a file transfer service such as www.yousendit.com and send the images to sales@personalisedbanners.co.uk

If you are scanning photos please scan as large as you can, aim for A4 sized prints as a minimum size and save as jpg, do not make the file size larger than 5mb. Do not place into Microsoft Word or Powerpoint, this only makes the resolution smaller.

We can crop the image to only show the area you want, please give details in the additional information box. For the This is your life type of banners with 5 or 6 photos we place the pictures on the banner in the order they were uploaded unless you specify in the Additional Information box a different order.
